2026 is the second year of a three year contract with Mainscape.

Noticeable improvements have been made throughout Barefoot.

Although the winter was harsh and we lost some vegetation, Mainscape has been busy replacing greenery.

Pillars and monuments have all been updated with fresh soil and spring flowers are in full bloom.

All of the entrances to Barefoot have been updated and the median at the front entrance got a well needed enhancement.

Due to the current drought conditions, let’s remember that irrigation is a supplement to rainfall, not a sole source of water. Areas may seem dry and look brown. Only a significant rainfall will help. Meteorologists suggest at least 6 months of decent rain would ease the drought, not much is in the forecast.
