During 2021, we continued our efforts on the redesign of the BRRA Owners Website. It is important to note that we are transferring from our current software platform, “Cake” to WordPress. WordPress is more versatile and offers many features and customizations that will allow us to keep our website current. The conversion process will take a few more months. Additionally, the WordPress software will allow us to make modifications with less cost associated to all revisions and maintenance.

Our #1 priority remains to increase owner registration. There is an abundant amount of information contained on our website including the BRRA meeting minutes, financial reports by neighborhood, BRRA committee meeting minutes, Beach Cabana and up-to-date information on our Scrolling Banner across the top of the homepage. Once we go “live” with the redesigned website in the second quarter of 2022, you will be required to log-in to view all of the information posted. We are very excited about the new website. Please encourage your neighbors who are not registered to do so as soon as possible. eBlasts have shown to be an excellent tool to provide information right to your inbox. This was especially true during Covid-19, as we needed to get information out quickly such as the link to the BRRA Board Meetings via Zoom as well as the recording.

As a registered owner of the BRRA website, you have access to the BRRA Online Directory. The Directory lists all registered BRRA owners that choose to have their information displayed in the Directory. This is a great way to get in touch with your neighbors!
