ARC Committee
Dye Estates Architectural Review Committee is composed of volunteers who are owners of property in the Dye Estates, as well as two paid architectural professionals. Their mission as members of the ARC is to guide fellow property owners who are building or remodeling the home of their dreams in such a way as to maximize the cohesiveness of all improvements with the natural beauty and topography of the Dye Estates.

The MyQ Community app is available to owners to facilitate the entry of residents and their guests through the gates of the community. A number of owners and guests are opening the gate prior to being in a visual field to see the gate and then move through the gate without stopping at the stop sign, before the gate at the guard house.
All users are required to stop at the stop sign and are also required to responsibly observe the events happening at the gate prior to driving through.
Effectively immediately, if the standard safety rules are not observed and a violation is received from the guard house:
- The first violation will result in a warning.
- The second violation will be a 30 day suspension of the MyQ Community app.
- The third violation will be a 90 day suspension.
- After the third issue, the owner will lose all access to the MyQ Community app indefinitely.
