Cabana Update

The railings have finally been received and installed.  Final inspections by the City of North Myrtle Beach and the completion of punch list items are in progress as you read this update.  It is anticipated that the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) will be received by December 3.  Please recognize that once the CO is obtained, furniture will need to be moved in and staged and essential supplies provided.  You will be receiving more information on plans for the opening of the Cabana in the next several days.
