The BRRA Board is pleased to inform you that due to your ongoing confidence and enhanced relationship with HTC, a new contract has been signed with HTC. Facilities have been upgraded in Barefoot neighborhoods and faster broadband service is now available. 

For those owners who currently receive internet service through their HOA fees, HTC is immediately delivering faster internet speeds of up to 100 Mbps by 10 Mbps – compared to the 10 Mbps by 1 Mbps speed provided prior to August.  Higher speed is available at your request for additional cost by the homeowner.

Most Barefoot residents will need a new modem to get the faster internet speed, provided by HTC at no additional cost.

HTC Staff was on site at the Barefoot Residents' Club during the month of August to distribute the new modems. HTC Staff plans to also be available at that location on September 12th from 10 am to 4 pm. 

If you were not able to pick up your new modem in August and September 12th does not work for you, no worries. You can pick up a new modem at any HTC retail office the next time you are in town.

HTC is grateful to the residents for continuing your support and partnership. The Cooperative hopes you enjoy your faster internet experience and looks forward to serving as your communications provider for many years to come.
