The Residents’ Club Committee had a new mantle placed in the main room above the fireplace and will decorate it seasonally with different and appropriate décor. A new computer was installed in the library with Windows 11. The pavilion will see new fans shortly as they will be bought and mounted. A new barbecue grill and cover was set on a new concrete pad with pavers leading to the grill for all to use. The chaises and chairs on the pool deck were cleaned and readied for the summer season.

A survey was sent to all the single-family residents regarding installation of a new bocce ball court but it was vetoed. The committee is currently researching new picnic tables with umbrellas and benches to replace the tent opposite the pavilion and hopes to have them for next year.

And a big shout out to Mary Ann Sacharov for maintaining the library and keeping it inviting. And a big thanks to Jimmy Ragsdale for restoring and updating the TV in the main area. We, as residents, are always thankful to those who help and welcome all to offer assistance especially with unique talents and backgrounds.
