The desktop usage is keeping the lead again this month at 54.6% vs 37% phone usage.  Tablet usage continues on a slow decline.

December Emails

The eblast with the highest open rate in December was the Western Boundary Town Hall PowerPoint at 56.6%.  The blasts with the next highest open rates were the BRRA Election Results at 55.1% and the December 2019 News Center at 53.8%.  Seven (7) eblasts were sent this month to the entire community with open rates ranging from 39.7% to 56.6%.  Two (2) eblasts was sent to a specific community with an open rates from 55.9% to 67.1%.
