This Landscape Committee is established to enhance and maintain landscaped areas within the HOA that are not managed by the Architectural Review Committee. The committee will identify the best approaches for improving common areas, considering factors such as climate, soil conditions, aesthetics, and obtain cost estimates for proposed projects, negotiate with local vendors, and recommend cost-effective solutions that suit the size and environmental conditions of each area.
