The Holiday Bazaar requires months of planning and organization. At this point, we are asking those who are interested in participating to review the request for table rental applications from community artisans.
Please complete this Vendor Application Form and drop it off or mail it with your check (made payable to Teen Angels) to Maureen O’Callaghan, 4656 Ironwood Drive, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
Remember space is limited, so please register early. You will be notified by July 31st if you are accepted. PLEASE INCLUDE A PHOTO OF YOUR WARES WITH YOUR APPLICATION. (No baked goods accepted.)
