The 2020 election called for the election of two Single Family candidates, two Multi-Family candidates, and two Directors at Large.

Five candidates ran for the Single Family positions. The tallies were:

• Neal Witkin, Longbridge, 204 votes and will serve a Two (2) year term
• Rocky Cutuli, Brookstone, 180 votes and will serve a One (1) year term
• Scott Slater, 160 votes
• Gary Cupit, 137 votes
• Pat Stelma, 113 votes

Three candidates ran for the Director at Large positions. The tallies were:

• Barry Tooker, Coquina Pointe, 752 votes and will serve a Two (2) year term
• Anne Castro, Cedar Creek, 537 votes and will serve a Two (2) year term
• Greg Snow, 533 votes
