2021 continued with improvements throughout our neighborhoods with a total of approximately 323 applications.
The ARC guidelines are in the final stages of being updated. Inspections will be starting in February and will continue the Barefoot Pride of our neighborhoods. The guidelines are here to benefit residents, avoid legal issues between neighbors, enhance the quality of life and preserve real estate values in our communities.

We will continue as needed ARC committee meetings with focus on the ARC Homeowner Applications, communication and inspection process, and promoting BAREFOOT PRIDE.
