2024 was an unusual year with significant turnover in ARC Volunteers. We had a new Board Liaison for 2024, and a new one for 2025. The ARC saw a total of 159 applications for the year.

Below are the high points of last year’s ARC Committee:

• 26 Types of Requests
• 117 Approved
• 41 Conditionally Approved
• 1 Disapproved

Top requests were for Landscape Enhancements, Roof Replacement and Tree Removal.

The ARC Guidelines have been updated to make them more inclusive. The latest version will be posted to the BRRA Website shortly.

The committee will continue to do neighborhood inspections. These friendly inspections are here to support and maintain the curb appeal of our community.

We will also continue to review applications. The committee looks forward to working with you during your homeowner updates.
