What’s Going on in Barefoot Resort?
Curious about the Construction Down by the Marina?

We are providing some information to keep you apprised of the development called “Barefoot Cottage Village” as seen below.

The Barefoot Cottage Village is a residential neighborhood located on 28.46 acres. The development includes 5.9 acres of Wetlands & Buffer, designated Common Green Spaces and Outdoor Amenity Spaces covering 4.6 acres, a 2.5-acre Pond and a 4,000 square foot Amenity Center with Administrative Office Space. In addition to the Neighborhood Amenity, the Developers intend to have the option to utilize some of the Common Green spaces as fire pit gathering areas for use by the members of the neighborhood.
