Cabana Update

A risk review with our insurance carrier was performed at the Cabana on January 12.  The purpose of the review was to identify and mitigate any potential safety risks in order to avoid potential litigation against the BRRA.  Several recommendations, focused on eliminating slips and falls, were made and will be implemented.

Ponderosa is continuing to implement the operational aspects of the new Cabana.  For example, a process was implemented for storing furniture on the top deck when inclement weather is forecast.

Please recognize that there are still some minor punch list items which need to be resolved.  We have not closed out the Cabana contract nor have we made the final payment to Baldwin.
