Cabana Update

Acoustic panels have been approved and ordered for installation in the gathering room to improve noise levels.  Lighting for the top deck railing has been finalized and will be installed upon receipt.  Repairs to the parking lot across from the Cabana were completed in February.  Finally, a few minor punch list items are still outstanding with Baldwin because of supply chain issues.  Upon completion of all punch list items, final payment to Baldwin will be made.
