Greenbriar is the Barefoot neighborhood with the highest percentage of owners registered by June 1st! Congratulations to this enthusiastic group!
Greenbriar Board President Michael Atwood had emails sent to the owners every couple weeks, asking them to register on the new website to get access to owner-only password protected areas of the website. These repeated efforts – and their enthusiastic support for the website – seems to have made the difference!
The top 10 neighborhoods with the highest percentage of owners registered include:

- Park Hill
- Clearwater Bay
- Brookstone
- Longbridge
- Heron Bay / Egret Run
- Oak Pointe
- Somerset
- Cedar Creek
- Tanglewood
We now have over 2,000 Barefoot email addresses – so we are reaching more of our residents with every eblast.
