- Clark’s Entrée House Salad topped with chopped hardboiled eggs, diced tomatoes, sugar pecans, and warm bacon and ham; dressed with honey mustard and warm bacon vinaigrette, served with a warm croissant drizzled with honey butter.

- Honey Bourbon Chicken Sandwich. Marinated grilled chicken breast served on a brioche bun, topped with bourbon glazed bacon, cheddar cheese lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Served with your choice of French fries, coleslaw or steamed vegetables.
- Filet of Flounder prepared grilled, blackened, or fried. Served with your choice of French fries, coleslaw or steamed vegetables.
- Clark’s Burger. Angus Beef patty topped with a slice of blue cheese on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and our house made blue cheese-barbeque sauce. Served with your choice of French fries, coleslaw or steamed vegetables.
- Broccoli Alfredo. Linguini tossed with steamed broccoli and house made Alfredo sauce. Garnished with shredded Parmesan – Romano cheese and garlic toast.
