The Joint Committee (JC) is responsible for the landscape overlay, irrigation, and street lighting along all spine roads, including Club Course Drive, Marsh Glen Drive, Barefoot Resort Bridge Road, Windy Hill Extension, Catalina Drive, Oyster Catcher Drive, Par Avenue, Village Crossing Boulevard, Premier Resorts Boulevard, Harbor Pointe Drive, and Links Drive.

The JC also oversees the North Tower Pool & Spa, an amenity shared by both the BRRA and NRA Associations.

All property owners contribute to these maintenance costs through their monthly HOA fees. One-third (1/3) of the common expenses are allocated to members of the NRA, while two-thirds (2/3) are allocated to members of the BRRA.

The Joint Committee consists of five (5) members, with three representatives appointed by the NRA and two representatives appointed by the BRRA.

Several repairs have been completed at the North Tower Pool & Spa. The Board has met the lighting requirements, and the pool and spa are now open past dusk. The Board also continues to address the necessary repairs to Outfall #2.
