Dear Fellow Barefoot Residents:

2022 has been a great year for Barefoot. The opening of the new cabana, finally, and soaring home prices have the residents of Barefoot in an enviable position. People from all over are viewing Barefoot and it’s financial stability with much favor. More residents are choosing to live here full-time.

Along with that growth will come the issues of providing amenities to improve the quality of life, and Barefoot is certainly poised to tackle these issues.
