The Neighborhood Watch committee attended a requested walk through of the Cypress Bend community to assess their grounds for crime prevention strategies with our NMB Police liaison Joe Kiester. John Karpovich, Dara Baltiskonis, myself, and P.O Kiester were walked through the neighborhood by resident John Tomasko. Observations were made and opinions were discussed about security and safety.

It was noted that Cypress Bend installed cameras that run on a loop tape (how long I will not divulge) at their entrance and exit to their neighborhood.

Following the walk through we met residents at their pool for a question and answer period with P.O Kiester. Excellent discussion followed and the residents discussed their concerns.

The Neighborhood Watch would like to offer any neighborhood inside Barefoot that wishes to have a safety and security walk through followed by a Q & A session to please reach out to me at MJWATERS37@GMAIL.COM.  Please go through your board members as their attendance would be of great help.
