The September Open Meeting on Hurricanes; a behind the scenes look at preparation for hurricanes by the Emergency Management System and the National Weather Service has been cancelled. Alternate methods to an open meeting are being reviewed.

Be on the lookout for an exciting and informative presentation being compiled soon on the topic of "Sharing the Road". The presentation, originally scheduled for June before being cancelled, will focus on state and local laws governing cars, golf carts and bicycles in Barefoot Resort. Prominent will be suggested courtesies for drivers and riders alike to promote safe streets for all users in Barefoot resort.
