Blueberry Grill coming to Barefoot Landing!
The applicant and authorized agent for Barefoot Landing Commercial LLC, Seth McCoy, has submitted a proposal to revise the approved planned development district master plan map by slightly tweaking the site plan and pedestrian circulation near Building E (formerly known as Tbonz). Mr. McCoy has also submitted architectural elevations for Blueberry’s Grill, Building E, and the Roadhugger Building for approval.

The North Myrtle Beach City Planning and Zoning Divisions, as well as the Public Works Department, have no issues with the proposed amendment.
