Save the Date: Local Art Show & Reception July 28th and 29th

Walk though time and enjoy the latest exhibits of the North Myrtle Beach Area Historical Museum with several local, award winning artists including Lisa Blayton, Terry Strawser, Joel Carter, Vicki Neilon, Jewel Simmons, Pat McClendon, Dorothy Riley Ellis, Kelly Atkinson, Michael Perrucci and Paula Robertson from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 28, and from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 29.

A private, by invitation reception is scheduled from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Friday, July 27 to meet the artists and view their work as well as explore the many exciting additions to the North Myrtle Beach Area Historical Museum.

Enjoy our Sea Turtle Program Wednesdays at 2 pm

Join the North Myrtle Beach Sea Turtle Patrol every Wednesday from 2:00 P.M to 3:00 P.M.  for a Sea Turtle Explorers program. The program will include topics about sea turtles, especially loggerheads-what they eat, where they nest, and what we can do to protect sea turtles. 

There will also be a short scavenger hunt inside the Museum for participants. 

The program will continue through September 5. The program is free to attend with a
paid Museum admission.
