The excitement is building regarding the first Phase of The Shops at Barefoot Village. In speaking with the developer, Leonard, Grigg and Associates, we are delighted to inform you that Edward Jones Financial Services is planning to open for business sometime late 2019 or early 2020. Additionally, a 3000 square foot convenience store, Barefoot Market and Café is planning to open in the summer of 2020. The market will offer milk, bread, eggs, coffee, a grill for quick Grab & Go snacks, as well as beer and wine sales! This new market will offer Barefoot residents one-stop shopping right in our own neighborhood.

The developer continues to plan for Phase II through Phase VI of The Shops at Barefoot Village. They are currently in conversation with a Bar and Grille, Desserts-to-Go, a Liquor Store, and possibly a real estate office.

We plan to stay in touch with the developer and report on exciting news as discussions and negotiations continue to take place in 2020!
