Single Family Homeowners, Please mail your ballot now…

If you haven't already mailed your ballot to Ponderosa Management, please make your selections and do so as soon as possible. All Single Family BRRA owners have been mailed voting ballots. They must be received by the Ponderosa Management office by noon on Friday, December 3rd. (Ballots received in the mail after that day and time will not be counted.)  Ballots cannot be accepted if they are faxed, hand delivered, or emailed to Ponderosa.
