TO BAREFOOT RESIDENTS:

Ten years ago the Barefoot Resort Residents Association (BRRA) purchased a piece of property within Barefoot, now known as Tract 31.  There was no intention of development at the time.  However, over the years, many residents of the multi-family community lobbied the BRRA to provide an Amenity center comparable to the Residents Club, which serves the single-family home community.

To that end, the BRRA created a special committee to research the possibility of building an Amenity Center that would serve everyone (Multi and Single-family) in the BRRA on Tract 31.  Extensive research was required to insure that the land was even usable for such an endeavor.  Over the course of a year, the group found that a significant portion of the property was usable.

So the BRRA embarked on the next step of hiring an architect (PMH, who designed our new cabana) to create an Amenity Center as a concept to show the community what was possible.  To that end, our new section has all of the information gleaned from that research, including drawings, etc., for you to look at and email any comments you may have regarding this possible project.

Currently, we only want to know if you like it or not, and if you would like to proceed to the next step, which is figuring out the cost.  Let us know.
