Whether you are a full time or part time resident, single family owner, multi-family owner, or rental property investor owner, you are a member of our beautiful Barefoot Resort community and we thank you for your ownership.

Our Board of Directors offer a diverse background, wealth of knowledge, and more experience than imaginable. We have an outstanding and dedicated property management team led by Kelly White of Ponderosa Management.

There will always be challenges to the Association internally and externally and 2019 will be no different; however, we have learned from past challenges and have prepared for future ones. Be assured that the BRRA is solvent, secure, and ready to address whatever comes along. We look forward to a positive and productive 2019.

Our 2019 Board of Directors is committed to providing all members information through quarterly “open” meetings, our state of the art website, our outstanding newsletter, and the use of email blasts. If you have not registered for the website, please do so to receive all email blasts.

Please encourage your Voting Members or Alternate Voting Members to attend all Board meetings.

We urge you to volunteer for our committees and participate in the activities and events offered to you.
