Cabana Update

Construction continues on schedule at the cabana. Status meetings are being held every two weeks with BRRA Board representatives, Ponderosa, Baldwin Construction and major sub-contractors as required. In mid-February, all concrete was poured on the Ground Floor. Baldwin Construction is in the process of preparing for pouring the concrete slabs for the 1st and 2nd floors.
