Happy New Year from all of us at HTC! We hope you and yours enjoyed a wonderful Holiday Season. As we look to the New Year and beyond with the strengthening of our relationship with Barefoot Resort residents, HTC plans to enhance your customer experience in two specific areas early in 2018.

• First, HTC will be extending our fiber optic network to the Barefoot Beach Cabana. This will allow the Cabana to receive all HTC services.
• Second, HTC is designing a new and improved mesh Wi-Fi solution for the Barefoot Residents Clubhouse and Pool area. The new Wi-Fi network will deliver a much more satisfying Wi-Fi experience for you and your guests.

Furthermore, HTC will continue to provide a dedicated customer experience phone line reserved exclusively for Barefoot Residents to be utilized when necessary at 843-369-8150. HTC has seven convenient retail locations throughout the service area with the Towne Centre or Little River offices just a short distance away. HTC Technical Support assistance can be received 24 hours, 7 days a week simply by dialing 843-365- 2151 . The HTC technical support team can give residents the tools and assistance to troubleshoot and resolve issues with a faster response and better experience with local personnel.

Remember HTC is the only local and total telecommunications provider to provide a Security System option that can also provide a host of automation and interactivity devices to control your home both locally and remotely.
