Tuesday November 2nd is Election Day for North Myrtle Beach Mayor and City Council.

Registered voters in Barefoot Resort (including Yacht Club Villas, North Tower, The Retreat, Tuscan Sands and Sea Glass) make up over 14% of the total registered voters in North Myrtle Beach. Windy Hill 2/Barefoot Resort is one of the most significant precincts in the City. However, in non-presidential election years, less than 30% of those eligible to vote in this precinct do so. Over the years, a number of local races have been decided by fewer than a dozen households.
